To address conversion loss in our core cash loan funnel and unlock incremental revenue, we designed a partner-based customer journey through a co-branded cash loan program with Adapundi.

Strategically, this partnership expands our current recovery model, which previously relied solely on Asetku. By introducing Adapundi as an additional option, we are strengthening our ecosystem approach rather than optimizing for a single lender. While controlled cannibalization with Asetku is acknowledged, the design principle prioritizes customer choice, approval probability, and total funnel yield over isolated product performance. Early results validate this approach, showing higher approval volumes and significantly larger average loan sizes compared to Asetku, indicating superior user–partner fit for certain customer segments.

From a business and platform perspective, the Adapundi partnership enables us to monetize rejected and under-served demand across both POS and cash loan journeys, turning what was previously a dead end into incremental value. At the same time, AdaPundi benefits from access to a high-intent, pre-qualified user base, resulting in stronger approval rates and higher average disbursement per user. This creates a scalable, win–win partnership model that improves conversion efficiency, increases revenue per user, and reinforces our long-term strategy of building a diversified, partner-led lending ecosystem.
